This difficulty is compounded for foreign investors, who face not only the language barrier, but also the prospect of dealing with customer service levels which are often lower than in Western Europe.

Depending on the level of assistance you require in applying for your Polish mortgage, Poland Mortgage Direct offers two distinct services.

Mortgage Referral Service

Complete our submission form and following a basic analysis of your requirements, we will forward your details to the Polish banks that will be in a position to help you.

You will then be contacted by the banks who will deal with your enquiry directly without further assistance from Poland Mortgage Direct.

Fee: Free of charge

Suitable for: Clients who either speak Polish or who are comfortable doing business directly with a Polish bank, without additional support through the application process.

  • Efficient introduction to suitable lenders
  • Access to PMD’s additional services

Mortgage Broker Service

Complete our submission form and we will contact you, after a preliminary analysis of your enquiry, with feedback on your requirements and/or details of suitable Polish Mortgage products, tailored to match your needs, and a quote for managing your application.

Choose to proceed with one of the mortgage products by engaging our services (payment of non-refundable deposit of 800 PLN) and you will be assigned to one of our speaking mortgage brokers who will be your single point of contact, increasing your chance of a successful application, and saving you time and money.

Poland Mortgage Direct will then handle the entire mortgage application process from start to finish with one English-speaking point of contact, using our excellent working relationships with the banks to smooth over the difficulties normally associated with mortgage applications in Poland. Fee: From 2500-5000 PLN depending on your individual circumstances. The quote will be based on the difficulty of the application and our fees will be clearly stated before you decide to commit to using our brokerage service

  • Clients such as sole traders for whom the application process is more technical

PLEASE NOTE;
If you wish to engage our brokerage service, a non-refundable charge of 200 EUR will be levied. Upon a successful loan decision from the bank, the balance of the agreed brokerage fee will be payable to Poland Mortgage Direct. Poland Mortgage Direct will only agree to provide our mortgage broking service if we believe that, based on the information you have provided, you have a better than average chance of being approved for a mortgage in Poland.
